Enrollment & Degree Verification

As an alumnus or alumna, if you need to verify the details of your education, the College of Nursing can help.

To verify attendance dates or degree, there are three options:

• Request an official copy of your UC transcript;
  
• Request an official degree or enrollment certification; or
• Refer a 3rd party to obtain degree or enrollment certification on your behalf.

For more in-depth verification requirements not fulfilled by one of these options, please fill out the form below. Your request will be processed and submitted according to your instructions. For most requests, the applicant will be copied on the transmission to the respective agency and/or board of nursing.

While we will do all we can to return your verification in a timely manner, the normal processing time for a basic education verification is 5-7 business days. If the verification requires detailed academic information, and/or needs to be completed by a faculty member, a longer processing time will occur.
