Become a program coach in one of 14 partner high schools for the HEALTH Pathways Program, which aims to increase the number of underrepresented and disadvantaged students in nursing.

Serve as a mentor for students grouped in a "family" that includes undergraduate students, alumni and community members. Family members meet once a month and participate in organized events as a way to provide structured peer support.

Support, plan and oversee community service projects for the Leadership 2.0 Program, meant to support the recruitment, retention and academic success of underrepresented and disadvantaged students.

Become a Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI) rater and help us find our future nurse leaders. Raters receive online training and choose a date or dates to help us conduct admissions interviews.

Serve as a standardized patient in simulation scenarios in the College of Nursing's Procter Hall simulation laboratory or at the Maple Knoll Village Collaboratory House, where students learn to use telehealth robots and simulation technology.
