Ready to Leverage Telehealth in Clinical Practice?

Telehealth is rapidly growing, reaching a new level as an effective tool for health care delivery. With this in mind, the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing is now offering two courses for nurses interested in experiencing the extensive ways in which telehealth is utilized to provide clinical care.

Telehealth Innovation and Delivery Models

This course (NURS 7043), offered in the fall, covers a variety of telehealth devices and models of delivery in different health care settings. It examines a variety of telehealth devices and different care delivery models, as well as strategic and operational components to consider when establishing a telehealth delivery system.

Clinical Application in Telehealth

This course (NURS 7044), offered in the spring, examines clinical components that need to be included in telehealth clinical programs. It covers information about clinical considerations when delivering telehealth to various populations across different settings and how each component applies to the telehealth services students are engaged in or willing to develop.
