At the UC College of Nursing, students have the opportunity to expand their cross-cultural nursing skills through an international clinical experience. In recent years, students have traveled to Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Honduras and Tanzania to gain a new perspective of international health care. Interdisciplinary teams of nurses, medical students, residents, physicians and other allied health professionals work together to help the underserved.
