Nightingale Awards for Excellence in Nursing

The Board of Advisors of the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing hosts the Florence Nightingale Awards for Excellence in Nursing annually each April. These awards recognize professional nurses for their contributions to direct patient care. Nominations are accepted beginning January 1.

Office of Continuing Education

Lou Ann Emerson, DNS, RN is Director of Continuing Education. The College of Nursing is an Ohio Board of Nursing Approver unit and serves as a resource regarding continuing education for registered nurses. Continuing Education events are posted on our home page. All Nurse Education Post Masters Certificate program courses are available as CEUs.
