Institute for Nursing Research

The mission of the Institute for Nursing Research at the College of Nursing is to foster nursing research within an organizational structure that provides services and resources to the College of Nursing and The University Hospital.

The vision for Institute for Nursing Research is to strengthen the interdisciplinary and patient-centered research that will ultimately improve health outcomes for the citizens within our community, state, country and world.

The Institute supports faculty and student research activities through assistance with

• data collection for research.
• writing abstracts and poster development.
• podium presentations and slide production.
• literature searches, grantsmanship, and data analysis.
