While searching for a college during my senior year of
high school, I wasn’t
sure which school would fit me best. After visiting the University of Cincinnati,
I had no doubt in my mind that UC was the perfect school for me. Many different
factors influenced my decision to attend UC. I wanted a school that was located
in a city, one that had a variety of activities and programs, and one that
I would feel comfortable calling my home. I made my final decision to attend
the UC College of Nursing based on its reputation. I feel that the college
has lived up to and gone beyond all of my expectations.

Stepping into the College of Nursing’s Procter Hall, I knew I would
never be just another face in the crowd. The professors here are seriously
dedicated to knowing each student enrolled as a nursing major. I’ve found
myself involved in more campus activities and more active in college than I
was in high school! If you are a person who likes to make a serious impact
on others and the college environment, the University of Cincinnati College
of Nursing is a wise choice. I’m thankful that I came to UC.

As a transfer student from Nigeria, I feel the UC College
of Nursing is the best choice for a student who wants a successful career in
nursing. The College of Nursing provides students with experiences in the community
as well as international experiences in Honduras and Tanzania. I have many
exciting educational opportunities on UC’s diversified medical campus. I dreamed of pursuing a career in
nursing and I know I made the right choice when I chose UC’s College
of Nursing.
